Badges:
The Participant’s Name Badge serves as an admission pass to the Conference area, Scientific Sessions, Workshops and Exhibition.
Participants are kindly requested to keep their Name Badges displayed at all times during the Conference days

Red: Moderators and Speakers
Yellow: Exhibitors
Blue: General Participants
Brown: Logistic Support Personnel
Grey: Security
CME (Important):
Badges are Bar-Coded; Please scan your badge upon entry to Scientific Sessions. CME points will be awarded according attendances at scientific session.
Certificates:
A certificate of attendance can be issued to non-RMS participants on Tue May4th and Wed May 5th.
RMS Participants can collect their certificates from the Conference Office (KHMC) from May 16th onwards.
Speakers’ Room (Ayla Hall - Ground Floor):
Please check your PowerPoint Presentation at the Speakers room at least 3 hours before your scheduled presentation time. If your presentation is scheduled early in the morning, you are kindly requested to check your presentation at the speakers’ room the day before.
Program Change:
We can’t assume liability for any changes in the program due to external or unforeseen circumstances. Program changes will be announced at the information desk.
Exhibition:
Exhibition opening hours are from Tue May 4th – Wed May 5th, 09:00 to 19:00.
Language:
English is the official language of the meeting. No translation is provided.
Emergency Clinic:
Emergency Clinic is located near the VIP Entrance. For more information please contact the information desk.
Information Desk:
Information Desk and Message Board are located in the Registration Area at the Main Entrance.
Mobile Phones:
Delegates are requested to switch off or silence their mobile phones while in the Scientific Session Halls.
Lost Property:
Lost and found properties should be reported to the Security Room at the Main Entrance.

A regular shuttle bus service will be provided between the Kempinski Hotel and the Conference venue over the days of the conference. (Check the Hotel and Information Desk for details)
Transportation for the Medical Evacuation Drill on Thu 6th May at 07:30 from the Kempinski Hotel and at 08:30 from King Hussein Medical Center, returning at the completion of the exercise.
